Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is currently looking for a Site Engineer to be based in Gauteng.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the technical control aspects on contracts; controls and interprets cost data.Advises on technical interpretation of specification requirements; may represent the company with consulting engineers in matters of variance and claims on sites where there is no quantity surveyor.Reports to Site Agent.Ensures the correct quality requirements are met.Runs the area in an efficient manner.Ensures the area is run in a safe manner.Ensures that there is no waste in the area.Maintains a logical filing systempletes correct paperwork.Ensures the quantity surveyor is informed timeously.Informs your supervisor appropriately.Assists the professional team.Manages problems effectively and comes up with solutionsmunicates effectively with the team in your area, Supervisor, and clients.Desired Experience & QualificationBSc Construction Management Degree / Construction Engineering Degree1-2 years' experience from a large construction firm.Driver's LicenseOwn vehicle essentialInterested?Apply / Send CV to :
