Group Financial Manager

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage the groups financial function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective risk management. Responsibilities include consolidated financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning. You will lead and mentor the finance team, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, and contribute to executive decision-making.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 57 years post-articles experience in a commercial environment.

Mining industry experience preferred.

Proven track record in group financial management and leadership.

Qualification :

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification (essential).
