Production Manager

Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.

Implement and maintain production schedules to meet business targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in feed production.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Lead and train production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to maintain consistent raw material supply and product quality.

Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.

Key Requirements : Proven experience as a Production Manager in a milling or animal feed manufacturing environment .

Strong knowledge of feed milling processes, equipment, and quality control measures.

Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating production teams.

Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food or feed industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Feed Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
