Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- 5+ years experience in residential property / facilities management
- Proven track record in maintenance planning, contractor management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Budgeting and financial control experience.
- Knowledge of OHS and building compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Maintenance management oversee maintenance; ensure timely response; coordinate on job cardsPreventative maintenance develop / implement schedules; conduct regular inspectionsTeam management lead maintenance : recruitment, training, development; performance reviews; assigning tasksBudget management prepare / manage budget; track expenditure; identify cost saving optionsInventory management maintain inventory; monitor stock levelsContractors / SLA management manage SLAs; maintain relations; monitor contractor performanceReporting prepare maintenance activity reports; maintain maintenance recordsCompliance / safety ensure all activities comply with safety regulationsLiaison / coordination coordinate with depts to ensure project executionSal ary : Market related basic, risk benefit, pension, cell, laptop, vehicle
