Responsibilities

• What Youll Be Doing Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical systems including conveyors, chilling units, hydraulics, pneumatics, saws, and other specialised equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
• Partner with QA, production, and HSE teams to ensure all machinery meets strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards .
• Drive innovation by designing and adapting mechanical layouts to enhance production output and safety.
• Lead rapid response to breakdowns, keeping operations running seamlessly.
• Manage technical documentation, logs, and equipment records with accuracy.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new machinery, liaising with external vendors where needed.
