Maintenance Manager

Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Saver Maintenance Manager to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is dedicated to providing solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the solar savers maintenance team.
• Ensure the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of solar energy systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance visits and resolve any issues.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update customer information as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar energy technology.
