Job descriptionCoordinate and lead team members in all daily installation activities Perform problem-solving on site and ensure smooth project execution Handle necessary administrative tasks Enforce safety and housekeeping standards at all times Coach and assist team members to ensure correct work practices Manage time, schedules, and overall team commitment Plan and organise labour, machinery, and resources Read and interpret layout plans Maintain strong organisational standards
Requirements :
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry
- Contactable work references
- RSA citizen with no criminal record
- Strong work ethic and sober habits
