Job description

Location : Johannesburg

Requirements :

National Diploma or Degree
HACCP or equivalent food safety certificate
Minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a food processing plant, preferably unionised environment

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing production staff

Ensuring production targets are met

Maintaining quality standards, and implementing health and safety protocols

Be involved in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize production processes

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
