Internal Sales Representative

A well-established company located in Midrand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

Minimum Education : Matric

Minimum Experience : 2 - 3 years’ experience

Software Packages : Knowledge of K8 and Rapid Trade will be advantageous

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following :

• Maintain and build excellent customer relationships.
• Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Provide feedback to customers if required.
• Promoting sales and products to customers.
• Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date on all available products.
• Provide technical product information to customers.
• Manage the sale from beginning to end.
• Process incoming orders on K8.
• Printing and processing orders.
• Managing back orders.
• Assisting Sales Representatives with their customers.
