- Setting and communicating the product vision so teams and stakeholders are aligned
- Translating broader business goals into a prioritised and continuously updated roadmap
- Working closely with teams and stakeholders to validate needs, gather requirements, and shape delivery
- Owning and refining the product backlog; focusing on value and clarity
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies; keeping momentum and removing ambiguity
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and aligned to user value
- Supporting the full product lifecycle; from concept to continuous improvement
- Keeping an eye on the market; understanding competitors, trends, and customer expectations
- Tracking performance using agreed metrics; identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Using research and data to validate product decisions and maintain customer-centricity
