Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Online Sales Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include :

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with potential customers through various online channels to drive sales and revenue
Provide top-notch customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Become an expert in our products and services to effectively advise customers and recommend solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and product offerings

Qualifications

Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch is essential

Previous experience in online sales or customer service roles is a plus

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Comfortable using various online platforms and tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
