Warehouse Controller - Raw Material / Helical

Key Performance Areas

• Manage daily warehouse operations for raw materials and packaging consumables
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and control of stock to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Verify and process supplier deliveries and GRNs accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate stock variances, delivery or quality issues
• Maintain precise inventory records on WMS / SYSPRO and ensure accurate data capture.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes
• Manage non-moving or obsolete stock and ensure FIFO practices are followed.
• Uphold warehouse safety, housekeeping (5S), and procedural standards.
• Training and developing team members.
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation to enhance efficiency.
