This role is based in our Newcastle office with on-site parking provided.

About the role

As a Pet Sales Consultant youll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of a new and exciting brand supporting pet owners with care empathy and confidence. Youll manage both inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers focusing on :

• Retention & win-back : engaging existing policyholders addressing concerns and helping them see the value of staying protected.
• Sales : identifying customer needs tailoring coverage options and confidently closing sales to achieve team and individual targets.
• Service excellence : providing transparent accurate and empathetic guidance to ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling supported.

This is a collaborative role where your ideas and feedback will help shape continuous improvements while your dedication to service and compliance ensures we meet the highest standards.
