Job descriptionProven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of lodge operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance functions Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practises Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications Additional certifications in hospitality management or related field Experience working in a remote or wilderness lodge environment Work in a lodge setting in a remote location May require long hours. Exposure to outdoor elements and wildlife

Minimum of 5 years in a management position within a Lodge or Camp
