Core Description
Accountable to develop, translate and implement strategies for a specific geographic area, aligned with the CSB regional business plan. Develop deep regional insights to implement sales, marketing, and service strategies & plans, including providing insight into CSB Retail stakeholders at head‑office. Achieve regional sales, revenue, and market growth targets as per regional business case and ensure they contribute towards the overall Consumer Business Unit's profitability. Drive local marketing activities, as well as service delivery objectives.
