Yard Co-ordinator

Daily Responsibilities :

• Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation (from equipment layout to staff areas).
• Oversee the cleaning, washing and polishing of all trucks and equipment before dispatch and after return.
• Ensure the fleet and premises always reflect the high standards of the Clients brand.
• Manage gardening services, general maintenance contractors and external service providers.
• Oversee and maintain site security awareness including access control, surveillance and reporting.
• Accept deliveries, offload with forklift or tractor (training / licensing will be arranged if needed).
• Operate power washers, pressure cleaners and assist with minor yard technical tasks.
• Greet and assist all site visitors and staff entering or exiting the premises be the reliable "go-to" person.
• Be willing to assist with basic manual work from sweeping the yard to moving loads or assisting other departments.
• Support the Rigging and Workshop teams where required previous rigging or workshop experience is a strong advantage.
