Seasoned and hands‑on General Manager to lead an established precast concrete manufacturing business.

This role suits a strategic, technically minded leader with strong commercial acumen and a commitment to operational excellence.

You’ll be passionate about people, driven by customer satisfaction, and confident using data to guide continuous improvement.

A natural relationship‑builder who engages genuinely across all levels — from clients and shareholders to staff on the manufacturing floor.

Minimum Requirements :

• Technical degree (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, or similar)
• Commerce‑related Honours or Master’s degree is an advantage
• 8 or more years in management, specific to precast concrete manufacturing or a similar industry
• 5 or more years at a senior / strategic management level
• Proven financial, operational, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills
• ISO, OHSA, and ERP / MRP systems experience
