What You’ll Do

Manage Financial Transactions : Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and on time.
Excel Like a Pro : Use advanced Excel functions such as VLookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables to analyze and report financial data.
Communicate with Clarity : Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors or clients through phone and email.
Work Independently, Know When to Ask : Operate autonomously while recognizing when to escalate unusual or complex issues for guidance.
Prepare Journal Entries : Create and manage journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards (if applicable).

Proven Experience : A strong track record in bookkeeping or accounting, with hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and payable.

Tech-Savvy Skills : Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel, with the ability to create and manage detailed financial reports.

Strong Communicator : You’re confident in your ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and over the phone, with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Thinker : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage financial data effectively.
