Job description

Our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town is looking for a Junior Leasing Manager to join their team.

Negotiations of lease renewals
Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers
Check status quo and unique requirements / clauses of lease agreements
Peruse and prepare offers and lease agreements for signature
Implement systems and control measures
Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant / Landlord relations
Property Administration.
Professional support services to the team
Maintain efficient filing system for leases and written correspondence

Requirements

National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)

Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage

Experience

3 years’ experience in the commercial property leasing environment

Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential

Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment

Proficient in both English and Afrikaans

Computer literate in MS Office

Efficient and detail-oriented, who can work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
