Qualification :
Qualified CA with at least 10 years corporate high level company experience and 7 years experience in managing staff. Will manage a staff complement of +- 18 staff members
Requirements :
Clear criminal and ITC record
Proficient in English (verbal and written) with any other language an added advantage
Excellent writing, verbal and telephone skills
Residential area Pretoria / Midrand / Centurion and surrounds
Construction industry background would be an added advantage
B-BBEE scorecard knowledge will be an added advantage

The incumbent will need to be able to fulfill the following functions :

Management of the full financial function including staff
Management of all staff in finance department (18 staff) 14 in JHB, 4 in Nelspruit - no staff in Mozambique (managed from Head office 4 staff members)
Financial Modelling
Annual Budgeting to draft AFS level with external auditors
Corporate Tax in SA & Mozambique
Interface with Shareholders & Board members as and when required by CEO
Public Officer role of the Company
Maintain policies and procedures within department
