Job description

POSITION: BASED IN CENTURION

Must be Bilingual, fluent in Afrikaans and English

Qualifications: Matric

  • To assist with the day-to-day tasks of the Finance Department.
  • To achieve the business's vision by continuously inspiring and leading by example.
  • In conjunction with the Finance Department monitor losses and minimize unnecessary expenses (Cost management and Operating Equipment).
  • Responsible for the reception area and the relevant receptionist duties as well as carry out general administration and credit control duties.
  • Personal assistant to the general manager.
  • Planning creative and innovative marketing strategies for the future.
  • Communication to members, residents and the committee.
  • To promote the business to its members and guests as a service orientated operation by periodic interaction.
