A well known and established company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town ( Durbanville ) is seeking to recruit a young, dynamic and hard-working Junior BEE Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with research on the latest BEE developments
- Training on BEE for clients
- Writing articles on B-BBEE
- Assist in developing and implementing a BEE roadmap for various clients, based on the BEE legislation
- Prepare a preliminary rating for clients, including file preparation and liaising with the rating agency
- Employment Equity reporting and compiling of information for clients
- Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports compilation and submissions
Qualifications
BCom Law, Accounting, Mathematical degree or similar (Graduates or current enrolled students are welcome to apply)Business management knowledgeFinancial analysis and understanding financial statementsKnowledge of law and applicationAdvanced Microsoft and Excel SkillsStrong Mathematical / Accounting background would be preferableProficiency in the production and presenting of reportsCode 8 drivers licenseCompetencies
