About our client : Our client is a leading provider of marketing services and consulting for businesses and organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Project Managers are key to ensuring the outstanding delivery of our thinking. This means understanding our codified process and delivering it. It also means you’re an outstanding communicator - ensuring both internal and external stakeholders understand where we are on our journey at all times. The focus of this role is to support the client service team and help effectively deliver brand strategy, creative, design, experience planning and innovation projects. This is not a standard project management role. You will be required to deploy active listening to truly understand your clients’ problems to best understand how to help them. We are looking for people who have a can-do attitude. People who sweat the details, excel at managing teams and processes and enjoy client management.

Responsibilities

• Power the process to ensure a project runs smoothly from scheduling, operational, and communications perspectives (internally and externally).
• Project Admin : project set up, sending of Scopes of Work to suppliers, creation of timing plans, ongoing liaison for meeting scheduling, creating and sharing templates / docs to relevant parties.
• Schedule coordination : owning the meeting logistics internally and with the client.
