Revenue Operations Leader

Role Overview
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Leader will design, implement, and optimize the systems powering the company’s go-to-market engine. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, strategically minded operator experienced in building automation, data workflows, and RevOps infrastructure across fast‑scaling SaaS organizations. You’ll own the entire RevOps stack, from CRM configuration to automation layers, and from pipeline reporting to campaign performance insights. Beyond tools and data, you’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment, visibility, and scale. Your north star : building a seamless, predictable, and automated revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- Build integrations and automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs) to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
- Own revenue data integrity and accuracy across HubSpot, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track pipeline health, funnel performance, and revenue forecasting.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for executives and GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align processes and ensure consistent ICP targeting.
- Optimize workflows for outbound campaigns, lead routing, scoring, and follow‑up sequences.
- Build and maintain playbooks, documentation, and training resources to improve system adoption.
- Lead quarterly operations reviews with leadership to evaluate revenue performance and efficiency.
- Identify recurring friction points in GTM execution and design scalable solutions.
- Support new product and service launches by advising on systems architecture and operational scalability.
Qualifications
2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Systems / Automation leadership roles within SaaS organizations.Expertise with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.Track record of driving measurable improvements in NRR, CAC efficiency, or pipeline velocity.Demonstrated impact improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline conversion, and revenue efficiency.Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS executives.Full‑stack technical proficiency in integrations, APIs, and custom automation logic.Background in outbound or lead generation SaaS environments.Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, able to translate technical builds into executive‑level impact.Strategic thinker with a systems‑oriented mindset and a focus on measurable outcomes.Opportunity
