ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa partners with a US-based client providing healthcare services to nursing home residents. We are seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to follow up with leads, engage prospective clients, and guide them through the sign-up process.
PLEASE NOTE :
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST (3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM SAST), subject to daylight saving adjustments.
- Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment : This is a fully remote working role.
- Public Holidays : You will be required to work on all South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA)
Key Responsibilities :
Engage Warm Leads : Contact prospective clients who have already expressed interest in healthcare services.Promote Solutions : Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of healthcare service offerings.Convert & Close : Use consultative sales skills to guide prospects through the decision-making and sign-up process.Manage Relationships : Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.Support Prospects : Provide excellent service by answering queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Requirements
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or call centre roles (healthcare industry experience a plus).Excellent communication skills.Strong sales skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programmes.If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
