Procurement Manager AMEI

As the Procurement Manager, you will report to the Head of Global Procurement and Supplier Management. The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the Global Procurement Strategy and to plan, lead and manage all procurement activities in the Africa, Middle East, and India region. The role ensures delivery against performance targets for cost, quality, service, innovation, and compliance.

The role will manage complex spend categories including Air freight, Courier (CEP), 4PL / customs brokerage, and Packaging. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across business units to ensure Biocair sources and manages suppliers effectively while upholding customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with global category plans
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
• Manage regional RFQ / RFP processes and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
• Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities and value creation initiatives
• Maintain and manage the supplier database and pricing records for the region
• Track supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and compliance obligations
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and challenges
• Conduct regional supplier audits, risk assessments, and mitigation plans

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and offered as 100% on-site based at our Kempton Park office.
