Web Developer (WordPress & Motion Design Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our digital team and take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing company websites based on existing UI / UX designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development, exceptional attention to front-end detail, and a creative eye for motion and interactive design.

Experience with immersive web experiences and smooth micro-interactions will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate finalized UI / UX designs into fully functional, responsive WordPress websites.
• Implement engaging motion effects, transitions, and interactive animations using modern web technologies (GSAP, Lottie, or similar).
• Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO in line with best practices.
• Maintain and update website content, structure, and plugins to ensure security and compatibility.
• Integrate analytics, traffic-tracking tools, and marketing plugins (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and project leads to deliver consistent and visually immersive digital experiences.
• Troubleshoot website issues, manage plugin conflicts, and implement feature updates as required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Advantage : Experience developing immersive or interactive web experiences using WebGL or Three.js.

Personal Attributes

Employment type : 3 months contract, strong possibility of extension based on performance
