Job description2+ years' experience in a reporting / data analytics environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - pivots, vlookup etc. PowerBI, Grafana knowledge advantages (can be taught). Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets. Strong logic, numeracy and analytical skills. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is an advantage.

They are looking for a Reporting Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their vibrant team in their Bryanston office.
Responsibilities :
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports (campaigns, data usage, chatbot, message sends etc.)
- Develop new reports to fit client needs.
- Reconciling spends for reports.
- Expedite data based on gender, province, mobile networks etc.
- Communicating and sending clients reports.
- Extracting leads from the portal and reconciling.
- Analyse all reporting and provide insight into the results.
- Getting proof of flighting's and uploading to drive.
