Procurement specialist

Job description35 years procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience, ideally in Oil & Gas. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and logistics systems. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Team player with the ability to support senior staff. High integrity and a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel and strong knowledge of local and international supplier markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support procurement activities across projects and operations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with both local and international suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams on procurement needs.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
