Job descriptionProven expertise in warehouse and logistics management, ideally in the industrial / manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management systems. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Ideally coming from the Manufacturing and production industry within refrigeration / cooling Knowledge of relevant compliance and safety regulations. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the logistics process, including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
