A well-established concrete manufacturing company with a staff complement of 70 employees is seeking an experienced Financial Director to join its management team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full financial function, including monthly management accounts and year-end audit preparation
• Payroll management
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Budget preparation, monitoring and reporting
• Oversight of creditors, debtors, and general ledger functions
• Supervising finance staff and ensuring strong financial controls
• Financial compliance
• Statutory submissions
• Working on Pastel Evolution
