Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Randburg for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing internal and external technical sales processes, providing technical support to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, support installation and commissioning efforts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support experience
• Ability to understand and present complex technical information
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
