About the Role
We are hiring a Client Strategist who brings clarity critical thinking and relationship-driven leadership. This is not a typical account management role. It combines strategic planning marketing insight and high-touch client service. You will work directly with business owners to understand what is working what is not and how to drive meaningful results through smart recommendations and steady communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategic calm under pressure and thrives in a high-autonomy high-responsibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Set clear expectations lead conversations and build strong relationships
Ensure clients feel supported heard and understood
Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Translate insights into focused action plans and measurable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with content design development and advertising teams
Ensure timely execution of deliverables and strategic alignment
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics CallRail and CRM platforms to monitor performance
Deliver clear actionable reports and support performance-based decisions
Proactive Account Leadership
Anticipate challenges and mitigate risks early
Maintain project momentum and protect client trust
Sound Decision-Making
Make recommendations based on business context and data
Communicate rationale with clarity and confidence
What We Are Looking For
A strategic thinker who connects marketing activities to business outcomes
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High reliability in time and project management
Emotional intelligence and professionalism in all interactions
Steady presence especially in fast-moving or complex client scenarios
What You Bring
3 to 5 years in a client-facing role with strategic responsibilities
Proven ability to build trust and deliver measurable results
Experience in digital marketing strategy (SEO content advertising)
Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics CallRail SEMrush and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple accounts and keep details organized
Sound decision-making and prioritization skills
Work Requirements
100 percent remote work-from-home
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Eastern Time
