Solar Engineer - Static Power

Position Overview : As a Solar Engineer within their Static Power BU, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of solar energy projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solar power systems with our static power infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and maximum efficiency. Responsibilities :

• Design and engineer solar power systems, including photovoltaic arrays, inverters, and energy storage solutions, tailored to meet project requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy audits to identify optimal locations and configurations for solar installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate solar energy solutions with existing static power systems, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
• Oversee project implementation, including procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Perform system performance evaluations, monitoring, and troubleshooting to identify and address operational issues and optimize energy output.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in solar energy and static power systems.
