In this role, you will transform raw candidate information into concise, accurate, and strategically crafted profiles that effectively match candidates to specific positions. You'll be responsible for analysing complex candidate data, interview transcripts, and assessment results to create professional documentation that showcases our candidates in the best possible light.

• Position Analysis : Study job requirements and specifications to thoroughly understand client needs and position‑specific requirements
• Data Analysis : Review and analyse interview transcripts, candidate resumes, and supporting documentation to extract relevant information
• Profile Creation : Develop comprehensive candidate summaries tailored to specific position requirements, highlighting relevant experience and achievements
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all candidate information is accurate, consistent, and cross‑referenced across multiple data platforms
