REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Postgraduate Diploma in Business or Public Administration or relevant field.Additional qualification in project management will be an advantageLanguage Proficiency- must be proficient in at least two of the official / main provincial languagesREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years relevant experience in business administration, management, or a related disciplineProject Management and / or proven experience in case coordination, administration or related roles will be an added advantage.Valid driver’s Licence and not less than one year’s driving experience is essential – note that travel is a requirement for this positionKEY DELIVERABLES
Facilitate, coordinate and oversee the successful completion of project funding applications within regulated time frames.Facilitate, coordinate and manage provincial project appeals and queries within the NLC’s policy frameworks.Monitor project performance, timelines and allocate resources and adjust plans as required to meet NLC Grant Funding policy frameworks.Coordinate and facilitate Project Risk Management and Assessments.Coordinate and facilitate workflow, resource allocation and quality assurance.Administrative / Management jobs
