Qualifications and skills

• A Master’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, Education, Humanities, Community Development or Management, International Relations, Human Rights, or a related discipline is required;
• In the absence of a Master’s Degree, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with no less than 10 years’ experience in the fields listed above or related disciplines will be considered;
• Proven command of English (spoken and written), including ability to prepare reports, conduct presentations, and facilitate dialogue.
