Mid-Level IT Support Engineer (Field Technician)

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for IT support and client service?

Our client is looking for a Junior–Mid Level IT Support Engineer (Field Technician) with 3–5+ years’ experience. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients — handling logged calls, troubleshooting issues, and providing both remote and onsite support.

This position is all about service excellence : clear communication, quick resolution, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving technical challenges, and can keep your cool in stressful situations, this is the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to and resolve client support calls quickly and effectively, keeping clients and management updated
• Provide both remote and onsite technical support in a professional and friendly manner
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, even in high-pressure situations
• Share knowledge, collaborate with the team, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work occasional “after-hours” shifts when required
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and deliver added value to clients
