Job Purpose :

To promote and maintain a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards, investigating workplace incidents, reviewing and monitoring safety measures, and serving as a key liaison between employees and management on all health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hazard Identification & Risk Management

Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and at-risk behaviours.

Investigate and document workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses.

Monitor adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation, company policies, and procedures.

Promote safety awareness and assist in conducting safety inductions and toolbox talks.

Maintain up-to-date safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
