Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-driven professional ready to take on a high-responsibility Personal Assistant role in a fast-paced technical environment? A leading player in the built environment sector is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support its executive team and drive critical administrative and project documentation functions.Key Responsibilities :
You will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the organisation by managing both executive support and project administration, including :Maintaining filing systems and databasesManaging project documentation and ensuring server is current and organizedCoordinating internal and external meetings, handling calendars and travelResponding to Auditor General queries with required documentationLiaising with contractors, PSPs, and internal departments for information gatheringAssisting in recruitment, onboarding, leave tracking, and staff logisticsDrafting correspondence, reports, and business lettersSupporting Tender Documentation processesHandling ad-hoc office duties, vehicle bookings, and event coordinationWhat You'll Deliver :
High accuracy and attention to detailReliable and timely support for executive and operational functionsStreamlined documentation and efficient internal processesKey Competencies :
Experience in project / programme admin or the construction / engineering industry preferredStrong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow protocolProfessionalism, resilience under pressure, and ethical conductFamiliarity with CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, and construction contracts (JBCC / NEC) is advantageousExperience & Requirements :
Minimum 2 years in a similar roleIndustry knowledge is a bonus, especially in construction or infrastructure-related projectsExcellent administrative and communication skillsAdministrative / Management jobs
