What You'll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth by selling our products, services, and solutions to customers within your designated territory
- Meet and exceed sales budgets and net profit targets through strategic planning and execution
- Identify and pursue new sales and service opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining competitive pricing and maximum profit margins
- Conduct bi-weekly client visits and maintain a comprehensive call register
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customersProvide exceptional customer service with a focus on achieving 80%+ satisfaction ratingsResolve customer problems and complaints efficiently, keeping management informedAnswer technical questions and provide expert guidance (with support from technical teams when needed)Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop business plans and sales strategies in collaboration with technical coordinatorsPrepare monthly sales forecasts, action plans, and market intelligence reportsMonitor sales performance against budget and implement corrective action plansMaintain accurate databases of sales prospects and customer informationMarket Intelligence
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditionsAttend trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, providing feedback on market dynamicsIdentify product improvements and new product opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
