Head of Sales

Job description10+ years in sales or revenue leadership, with proven success in growing revenue. 5+ years managing sales teams and developing talent. Experience creating and implementing sales processes and frameworks from scratch. Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, or B2B technology sales across African markets. Strong CRM and data-driven skills to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
Duties :
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll :
- Owning revenue targets and driving business growth across products and markets.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Building accurate forecasting models and reporting key metrics to leadership.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to optimize market positioning.
- Hiring, mentoring, and leading a results-driven sales team.
- Leading by example,closing strategic deals while establishing scalable sales processes.
