About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice (and face) of the brand, guiding curious travelers from “maybe” to “booked!” through chat and video calls. You’ll build instant rapport, ask the right questions, and help match each customer with the perfect trip that fits their personality and goals.
This role is all about empathy, energy, and genuine conversation, think of it less like a hard sell, and more like helping a friend choose their next big adventure.
You’ll engage with amazing clients, often highly successful women from the US, so confidence, curiosity and emotional intelligence are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Chat and connect with potential travelers via live chat and video calls, offering personalized guidance and recommendations.
- Create instant rapport, keep conversations friendly, natural, and human, not corporate or overly formal.
- Use AI-powered tools to help answer questions quickly and match travelers to the perfect trip.
- Deliver a consultative sales experience, asking thoughtful questions to understand motivations, preferences, and deal‑breakers.
- Confidently handle objections and close bookings with enthusiasm and credibility.
- Stay sharp on trip details, destinations, and travel trends to provide informed, honest advice.
- Collaborate with your teammates to improve scripts, processes, and the overall traveler experience.

About You
1-2 years of experience in inbound or consultative sales ideally in travel, hospitality, or a related industry.Excellent English communication skills (C1+) written and spoken, with a warm, engaging tone.You’ve either worked in travel or traveled extensively, you know how to make a travel conversation come alive.You’re hungry for commission, naturally persuasive and love connecting with people.Strong attention to detail, you don’t miss a name, date, or follow‑up.Comfortable handling video calls and building trust quickly.You thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment and can juggle multiple conversations with ease.Flexible schedule, open to evenings or weekends when needed.What You’ll Get
