Role Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within an organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting business goals through strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years managing remote teams.
- Proficiency in remote HR tools.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and global remote work standards.
- Excellent virtual communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and foster teamwork remotely.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement remote-friendly HR policies, procedures, and strategies.Manage remote recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.Oversee virtual employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.Administer remote payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.Ensure compliance with labor laws and remote work regulations.Use HR software and digital tools for workforce management, reporting, and communication.Promote employee engagement and a positive company culture in a remote environment.Compensation
2,000 - $3,000 USD / month, paid in USD depending on experience.
