Job description

Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information.

Manage calendars, set up meetings, and coordinate schedules.

Arrange travel and accommodations.

Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.

Format internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

Take meeting minutes and distribute as needed.

Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence.

Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote Executive Assistant or similar role within the medical / healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and technology
A minimum 80 Mbps internet speed connection is a must
Proven experience working remotely with a background as an independent contractor or similar setup.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with office technology, including e-calendars and communication tools.
Experience arranging travel and accommodations.
Superior discretion and confidentiality.
A fast, reliable, and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) with a backup option.

Benefits

Salary – $ 1,300 per month + Potential BONUS based on performance
Type of work – Full-time (remote), 40 hours per week
Work schedule – US Timezone (East Coast)
