Key responsibilities will be :
Financial operations : Ensuring that we have seamless financial processes including billing, supplier payments, and managing the relationship with our outsourced accounting firmPeople operations : Ensuring that we hire the best people and that they have great onboarding experiences. This includes managing recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and payrollClient reporting : Ensuring that our clients have visibility on key performance metrics. This involves generating weekly and monthly reports that we share with our customers.Office Operations : Managing the office environment and ensuring that we have a great working environment for all of our team members - this includes organising regular team building activities and events.Requirements
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements :
University DegreeMatric mathematics (not Maths literacy)Basic financial administration experience - in particular experience using Xero / Pastel or similar software for creating and sending invoices2+ years office management / financial administration experienceGood Excel / Google sheets skillsHighly organisedExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written EnglishAdministrative / Management jobs
