Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the energy (solar) or real estate sector High-Volume Outreach Experience (100+ calls daily) Proven track record of closing residential deals via phone or video calls Strong objection-handling skills and ability to reframe value propositions based on customer pain points Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Excellent communication and consultative selling skills Stable internet connection and home office setup Fully Remote : Work from anywhere in South Africa with international teams

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound and inbound sales calls with qualified residential leads
- Handle objections confidently and provide accurate, transparent information to build trust and close deals
- Participate in outreach campaigns to source new leads
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and installation processes
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets
