Job descriptionManage inbound and outbound stock and assets, ensuring accurate and efficient throughput throughout the supply chain. Monitor daily operations, report issues, and implement problem-solving measures. Ensure all warehouse processes and procedures are followed. Plan and prepare for annual and cycle stock counts as required. Manage replenishment orders and forecast consumables. Oversee departmental budgets and inventory control.Admin & HR Management Lead, organize, and manage warehouse staff in their daily operations. Maintain a fair and consistent HR approach, reporting issues and implementing disciplinary measures as required. Support the Logistics management team with operational tasks as needed. Provide staff training for all warehouse positions. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Maintain workplace organization and housekeeping standards.Health & Safety Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to. Report non-conforming equipment immediately. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Grade 12 (essential) Tertiary qualification relevant to the role 5–10 years' experience in a retail warehouse environment Proficiency in MS Office and ExcelMust have worked on a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and ability to act promptly Accountability and reliability Teamwork, integrity, and adaptability This is an afternoon shift position. Candidates must have retail warehouse experience. Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment? CTC per month
