Role
We’re looking for energetic, self‑motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join the remote team. This is a pure cold‑calling role — reaching out to small and medium‑sized businesses across Australia to book qualified meetings for the internal sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted SMBs (no door knocking or field work)
- Present the client’s simple solution in a clear, confident, and consultative way
- Book appointments and pass qualified leads to the closing team
- Follow scripts and objection‑handling frameworks (training provided)
- Track daily activity in the CRM
- Consistently hit call and meeting targets
