Junior Debtors Clerk And Sales Support (G908)

Overview

A small supplier of laboratory consumables is seeking a debtors clerk to manage debtors and provide administrative support to the Internal Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the debtors accounts for two small / medium sized companies by following up on payments and resolving queries and issues as quickly as possible.
• Pull and send proof of delivery (PODs) and invoices where required.
• Check and follow up on unpaid cash sales.
• Process the debtors bank; chase for missing export documents from customers; and manage emails.
• Support the Internal Sales Representative by answering the telephone and assisting customers with telephonic quotes and queries.
• Respond to quote requests that come through on email and perform other ad hoc / admin tasks.
